Fitting Services

1. In-Store Footwear Fitting
Enjoy our complimentary in-store fitting service, where our trained team members help you find the perfect pair of shoes. In addition to understanding basic foot anatomy and common foot issues, they are also trained on each of our specially selected footwear brands and the unique points of difference each one offers. Please note, our team members are not trained podiatrists. If you require a Podiatrist to assess your footwear selection, please book a Podiatric Footwear Assessment.

2. In-Home Footwear Fitting
Can’t make it to our store? No problem – we’ll come to you! Our In-Home Footwear Fitting service brings our expert shoe selection directly to your doorstep. For a service fee, our team will travel to your home with a curated selection of shoes, scheduled by our coordinator at contact@theshoeroom.co.nz. As with our in-store service, our team members are trained in foot basics and our footwear brands, but they are not podiatrists. For a Podiatrist’s input on your footwear selection, please book a Podiatric Footwear Assessment.

3. Podiatric Footwear Assessment
If you're experiencing more complex foot issues or require specialized footwear, our Podiatric Footwear Assessment is designed for you. This service is performed in collaboration with Feet First Podiatry, ensuring your footwear supports your foot health. Please note, this assessment is based on the podiatrist's availability, is complimentary and focuses solely on evaluating your footwear choices; it does not replace a comprehensive podiatry foot health assessment that you would receive at a normal podiatry appointment.
